For the second time this summer, a QuikTrip in East Cobb has sold a winning ticket in the Georgia Lottery.
But this one was much larger than the first.
The Georgia Lottery Corp. announced Friday that the QuikTrip at 1900 Lower Roswell Road at the Marietta Parkway sold a Fantasy 5 ticket good for $384,925.
It was one of two such Fantasy 5 winning tickets drawn on Thursday, splitting with another sold in the Athens area.
In late June, the same QuikTrip on Lower Roswell sold a ticket for $20,000 in the Mega Millions jackpot.
The Fantasy 5 jackpots start at $125,000 are held each evening. held every day at 11:34 pm.
Proceeds from Georgia Lottery ticket sales benefit public education in Georgia.
