Some of the first artists to feature at the inaugural Cumberland Art Festival in October (as we noted earlier this month) have been announced.
They include DJ’s Art & Decor, Boniface Art, Cohn Creations, Art by Dawn Corner, Rara Avis Objects, and Lou Lou Pottery, and will be on-site with paintings, pottery, sculptures and more, according to festival publicists.
The festival is scheduled to take place Oct. 17–18 at Galleria on the Park (100 Galleria Parkway, Atlanta 30339).
Hosted by One Cumberland, the festival is expected to welcome between 15,000 and 25,000 visitors for a weekend featuring more than 125 artists, live entertainment, family activities, local food vendors, and interactive experiences.
Some of the artists who have committed have are regular vendors at a number of other art festivals in the Atlanta area.
Charles Boniface has been featured at the Marietta Art the Park (photo above) as well as the Piedmont Art Festival.
