‘Lovely and Lethal’ Women’s Self-Defense Seminar

On Sunday, March 8, 2026 (International Women’s Day), Precision Krav Maga will host its “Lovely & Lethal” women’s self-defense seminar. The event is from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and is a beginner-level program for adult women and teen girls ages 13 and up. The focus will be on realistic self-defense issues faced by women and on practical techniques women can use to protect themselves from harm. The program will be taught in an all-female environment by a female Krav Maga instructor.
